2025 was not just another calendar year for BosaLin it was the moment the rapper stepped forward, made his statement, and laid a solid foundation for what promises to be an even bigger 2026.

With a growing audience and an evolving sound, BosaLin’s rise this year pushed conversations about his artistry far beyond the confines of Igbo rap, positioning him as a serious force within the wider Nigerian hip-hop scene.

From Awka to the National Conversation

Born Bosah Nwako and popularly known as Utalinator, the Awka-raised rapper has steadily stamped his authority through consistency, storytelling, and sharp lyrical intent. His music reflects lived experiences, street realities, and forward-thinking ideas, delivered with confidence and purpose.

BosaLin began the year with striking visuals for standout tracks “Heartless” and “Isi Bekee,” both lifted from his debut project, Better Late Than Never. The visuals enjoyed heavy rotation across major platforms, including MTV Base and Trace TV, helping to widen his reach and solidify his growing momentum.

Closing the Year Strong with Street Catechism

In mid-December 2025, BosaLin crowned a year of relentless grind with the release of his new project, Street Catechism a body of work that quickly sparked conversations among fans and critics alike.

The project balances introspection and street wisdom, featuring solo cuts such as “Why” and “Send Advice in Bitcoin,” while also delivering powerful collaborations on tracks like “Trenches” and “Gone Are the Days.” These songs feature respected voices Jeriq and Emtee, adding depth and continental reach to the project.
